My Role

Narrative Designer

On this pitch project, I was responsible for creation of the story we used based off of an outline provided by executives. Among my responsibilities were dialogue writing, supporting world lore, and completely implementing said written content. I used Twine to draft our original story flow and interaction scheme, Final Draft 12 to write the dialogue, and tools purchased from the Unreal Engine Marketplace for implementation of all narrative content.

This project pushed me as it was my first time owning all the narrative of the experience. I entirely learned Twine for this project, as well as dove deep into the cinematic tools of UE5 (Sequencer). In addition to my narrative duties, I also assisted to a limited extent the reworking of our Interactive Objects system to better fit the narrative tools that were purchased for us.
